1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• "Platform" means the erek00 website and all associated products, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, e-sports, and any other wagering offerings accessible at erek00.cam.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who holds a registered account on the erek00 platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry placed through the erek00 platform in Rupiah (IDR) or any other permitted currency.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process erek00 requires before certain transactions can be processed.

2. Eligibility

You confirm and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements before registering a erek00 account:

• You are a resident of Indonesia, or you are accessing the erek00 platform from within Indonesia.
• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain 21 years of age or older throughout your use of the platform.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, agent, or close relative of any director, officer, employee, or agent of erek00, or of any supplier or service provider to erek00.
• You are not listed on any sanctions list, nor have you been previously excluded, self-excluded, or closed by erek00 for cause.

erek00 operates under an internationally recognized offshore gaming license. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the erek00 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. Where the law of your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling, you must not use the erek00 platform. Indonesia maintains strict legal restrictions on online gambling; erek00 does not encourage contravention of local law and requires that Members use the platform solely where permitted.

3. Account Registration

To use the erek00 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity undertaken from your account.
• Maintain only one account per person. Accounts found to be linked, duplicated, or opened in a third party's name may be closed and any balance forfeited.
• Complete KYC verification when required by erek00. Failure to provide valid identity documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals.
• Notify erek00 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected security breach.

erek00 reserves the right to refuse registration, close accounts, or restrict access at its sole discretion and without prior notice, particularly where the minimum age requirement or any other eligibility criterion is not met.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made through the payment methods listed on the erek00 platform, including bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, and via e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made using payment instruments not in your own name are prohibited. erek00 shall not be liable for deposits made to an incorrect account reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Requests for withdrawal are processed through the same payment method used for deposit, subject to availability. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following:

• Withdrawal times vary by payment method; bank transfers are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. erek00 may require identity and address documents before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, erek00 may offer Bonuses and promotional campaigns. The specific terms of each promotion, including any applicable Bonus codes, eligibility criteria, and wagering requirements, will be stated at the time the offer is made. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to its associated terms. You agree that you will not:

• Open multiple accounts in order to claim a Bonus more than once;
• Use Bonus funds to place wagers that are prohibited or excluded under the terms of the promotion;
• Attempt to exploit any software error, loophole, or promotional mechanism to secure an unfair advantage.

erek00 may withdraw, cancel, or amend any Bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where erek00 reasonably determines that Bonus terms have been abused, it may void all related wagers and forfeit any associated winnings.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, erek00 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the erek00 platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the erek00 platform, whether planned or unplanned, including during peak-traffic events such as Champions League finals, BRI Liga 1 derbies, or major togel draw periods;
• Any delay in the crediting of deposits or the processing of withdrawals where such delay is caused by the payment provider, your bank (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any e-wallet provider), or any intermediary;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials;
• Any data loss or technical error caused by circumstances outside erek00's reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, or third-party system errors.

erek00's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the erek00 platform and may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Members, or any form of fraud intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or game;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your account;
• Attempting to launder money or use the erek00 platform for any purpose connected to financial crime;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party;
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party, or accepting wagers from a third party to place on their behalf (acting as a bandar bola — an unlicensed bookmaking agent — through the erek00 platform is strictly forbidden);
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, including self-exclusion, by registering a new account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the erek00 platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and odds data, is the intellectual property of erek00 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any erek00 platform content without express written permission;
• Use any erek00 trademark, brand name, or logo in any commercial or promotional context without prior written consent;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract odds, game data, or any other platform content through automated means.

9. Privacy and Data

11. Amendments to this Agreement

erek00 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the erek00 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which erek00 holds its offshore gaming license. In the event of any dispute between you and erek00 arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the following process applies:

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Indonesian law.

13. Termination

erek00 may suspend, restrict, or close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any term of this Agreement;
• erek00 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited activity;
• You fail to satisfy any eligibility requirement, including the 21+ age requirement;
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.

You may close your account at any time by contacting erek00 customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding Bonus balance is forfeited. Real-money balances net of any unmet wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
